Barbara Dwyer
CEO, Coach, Guide & Mentor

Barbara Dwyer has been a dynamic and high-profile Human Resource executive for over 25 years. She is an innovative and visionary life/career coach, providing actual methods and cutting-edge tools for individuals seeking to discover and market their potential within the world of work. For over six years, she has consulted with California high school administrators and has presented The Job Journey program within high school classrooms. Barbara has created award-winning training programs for 5-star/5-diamond hotel properties as well as retail, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. She has been featured as a work-life readiness expert on the ABC television network and offers interviewing and career advice on radio talk shows.

Her accomplishments as a business owner, educator, and consultant have challenged and uplifted students and adults across the nation. She believes in and demands that the ultimate potential within her students be revealed and marketed. She inspires students to create a new vision of themselves and their future; one that will fulfill their dreams and goals. The results of her program are outstanding.


  
 

James Moewe
Executive Vice President

Jim Moewe is an honors graduate of UCLA, both undergraduate and law school, and was a partner in a large San Francisco law firm for over 24 years, specializing in the representation of institutions such as banks and life insurance companies in commercial real estate transactions. Jim met Barbara in 2002, and since then has devoted his full time and attention to The Job Journey Program, attending to various legal, organizational, business, and technical challenges in order to help Barbara and the rest of The Job Journey team achieve the Program's goal of Empowering a generation by helping turn young adults into young professionals.

Jim is responsible for doing everything necessary to keep the Job Journey machine well-oiled and functioning smoothly!


  
 

Erin Dwyer
Vice President of Operations

Erin Dwyer has spent four years as an educational consultant across California. Her most recent accomplishment was her position as a professional client trainer at one of the nation's largest payroll companies. With a BA in Communications and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, she shares the company's goal of Empowering a generation by helping turn young adults into young professionals.

The key area of her focus is marketing the educational component for The Job Journey program. "My vision is to place The Job Journey program in schools across the United States giving students the opportunity to learn how they can reach their full potential in today's competitive marketplace."


  
 

Adair Mathers-Gasparian
International Educational Consultant

Adair has been an international educator for the past 17 years and brings a particularly wide view to The Job Journey. She is most vitally concerned with the quality of our work force in today's global marketplace. She knows first-hand just how imperative it is for our youth to be skilled in multiple areas so as to keep American workers at the forefront of the international economy.

After a lengthy career as a classroom teacher in the United States, and raising her own three children, Adair added another degree to her credentials and went abroad to serve as first a university professor specializing in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and then as an International Educational Consultant. She has been a teacher-trainer in six Developing Countries on four continents, the last four years being in Moscow, Russia, where she was affiliated with Moscow State University.

Adair brings her special expertise to The Job Journey with dedication to upgrading American youth so that they can successfully compete with their counterparts across the world.
