The Job Journey is an exciting program that will help you discover what employers are looking for and how to give yourself the edge over everyone else. Once you have completed The Job Journey Program, you will have the confidence and the interviewing skills necessary to interview for and successfully obtain the job you want, even over applicants who are more experienced and qualified than you! This is not a program that you rush through, like cramming for a test, and then quickly forget. This is a program where you will do a lot of self-evaluation and introspection. You will learn who you are and what you bring to the table. You will need to practice and allow yourself soak-time, the time needed to absorb your new learning as it moves from short-term to long-term memory. You will then need to permit yourself the time and courage to change your concept of yourself from a student to young professional. The first time you go through your program will not be your last. Over time, you will develop and grow personally and professionally and as you do your answers will change and mature. You will want to use segments of your program over and over again.
